I’ve been banking with this institution for a few years now, and I have to say, the customer service is consistently impressive. Every time I visit or even call, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I needed help with a wire transfer, and the representative made sure I understood every step of the process. They even double-checked my information to ensure there were no errors. That level of attention to detail gives me confidence in their services. However, I do think they should consider extending their weekend hours. It would really help those of us with busy schedules. Overall, I am very pleased with my banking experience here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I had a great experience with this bank! I went in to open a new account, and the representative was super helpful. She walked me through all the different accounts available and helped me find the one that best suited my needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I didn't feel pressured at all. The only downside was that the location was a bit busy, and I had to wait a little longer than I expected. But once I was attended to, the service was fantastic. I'm excited to start my banking journey here!
