I recently switched to this bank after hearing positive feedback from friends, and I have to say, I’m mostly pleased with my choice. The teller I spoke with was knowledgeable and guided me efficiently through setting up my savings account. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of services they offer, from loans to investment advice. However, I did encounter a slight delay during my visit since the branch was busy that day. Maybe increasing staff during peak hours could help improve service speed. Still, I'm satisfied with my experience and will continue banking here.
