After dealing with some troubling nerve issues, I decided to seek help from this neurologist, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Chen has a wonderful bedside manner and really made me feel comfortable discussing my problems, which can sometimes be sensitive. He was patient and thorough in his examination, asking me a lot of questions to get to the root of my issues. The office is well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain my diagnostic tests in detail. Although the office was a bit hectic on the day of my visit, I could see that everyone was doing their best to keep things moving smoothly. The only suggestion I have for improvement is perhaps a little more space in the waiting area, but honestly, it’s a small detail compared to the excellent care I received. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I believe I’m on the right track to recovery!
