What a relief to finally find a dental office that truly understands patient needs! From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, I was impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was. The waiting area is very comfortable and has a nice selection of current magazines. When it was time for my appointment, I was taken back promptly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lee is fantastic; she has a gentle approach and really makes sure you understand every part of the procedure. I had a cleaning and consultation, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the billing process was a little confusing. I had some questions about my insurance coverage, and while they were helpful, it took a bit longer than expected to clear things up. However, this small hiccup does not overshadow the overall positive experience I had. I genuinely look forward to continuing my dental care here!

My only suggestion would be to have more flexible hours, especially for those of us who work during the week. It would be great if they offered some evening appointments.
