I recently discovered this gem of a bakery, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. The variety they offer is simply incredible. I tried the maple bacon kolache, and it was a game changer—sweet, savory, and the dough was incredibly fluffy. I also couldn't resist sampling their chocolate-glazed donuts, which were rich and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. The staff are super friendly and helpful; they took the time to explain the different types of kolaches they had, which was a nice touch. The only downside? I wish they were open later than 12:30 PM because it can be tough to make it there in the morning. Still, I plan on visiting every weekend now for my breakfast fix.
