From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, and the waiting area was clean and cozy, which eased my anxiety about the visit. Dr. Smith was exceptionally thorough; he took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated the way he emphasized preventive care without pushing unnecessary treatments. Plus, the hygienist was gentle yet efficient, making my cleaning much less uncomfortable than previous experiences I've had elsewhere. The only thing I would suggest is having a few more magazines or reading materials in the waiting area. This place has completely changed my view on dental visits! I used to dread going to the dentist, but the team here is so understanding and gentle. They have a great way of putting you at ease, which is crucial for someone like me who gets anxious. Dr. Lee is fantastic—she is friendly and very knowledgeable. During my last visit, she really took the time to explain the different treatment options available for my gum issues. The hygienists are just as wonderful; they’re very patient and thorough. My only minor critique would be that the office can get quite busy, and sometimes I’ve had to wait a little longer than I’d like. However, the staff always apologize for the wait and keep you informed, which I appreciate. I just had my first appointment at this dental office, and I was genuinely impressed! After hearing so many positive things, I finally decided to make the switch from my previous dentist. I was also impressed by the technology they used; everything felt modern and cutting-edge. The digital X-rays were fast and much more comfortable than the traditional ones I’ve experienced before. I was so relieved to find out that I didn't need any cavities filled, and we came up with a care plan that focused on preventive measures. My only feedback would be on their appointment scheduling; I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but the quality of care made it worth it. I’m looking forward to coming back for my next cleaning!
