I just had my first visit to this dental office and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The waiting area was clean and spacious, which was a nice touch compared to some of the cramped places I've been to before. My dental hygienist was extremely gentle and really took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, which made me feel more at ease. Dr. Patel was fantastic—very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. I appreciated that she provided me with a personalized treatment plan tailored to my needs. The only small downside was the wait time, which was a bit longer than I expected, but once I got in, everything went smoothly.
