I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this used car dealer! From the outside, it might not look like much, but inside, I was treated like royalty. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. I told them my budget and needs, and they immediately showed me several options that fit perfectly. I ended up with a Ford Focus that drives wonderfully and was well within my budget. The highlight of my experience was definitely the customer service; everyone was so patient and willing to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. One thing I think could improve is the wait time for paperwork; it took a bit longer than expected. However, the staff kept me entertained and informed during the wait, which made it easier to bear. I left feeling satisfied and excited about my new car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in search of a quality used car!
