As someone who's had braces before, I was a bit nervous bringing my son here for his first consultation. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and caring the staff was. I took my daughter to this orthodontist based on a recommendation from a friend, and I’m glad I did! The staff was welcoming, and Dr. Kerry took the time to explain everything to us. I had my first appointment here last week, and everything went surprisingly well! The office is really nice, bright, and welcoming, which I think is important for an orthodontic office where patients might feel a bit anxious. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Kerry was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. I really liked how she explained each step of the process. The only thing that could improve is the appointment scheduling; I felt a bit overwhelmed trying to pick a time that worked around my job. But overall, I’m excited to be starting my journey to a straighter smile with such a capable team!
