I've been going to this eye care center for the past year, and I've mostly had a positive experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant. The eye exams are straightforward, and I never feel rushed. My only issue has been a couple of delays during my last few visits; it seems like they might be a little overbooked at times. Nonetheless, when I finally get in, the care I've received has been excellent. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and really takes the time to discuss any concerns I have. I appreciate that he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. They also have a nice selection of eyewear! I recently found a pair of glasses that I absolutely love, and the pricing was reasonable too. Overall, I would recommend this place for its professionalism and the attentive care they provide, even though a little more attention to appointment scheduling would improve the experience.
