I recently switched to this credit union after being with a large bank for years, and I couldn't be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel valued. I opened a savings account, and the process was smooth and straightforward. They offered great interest rates that really beat what I was getting before. I also love that they have a community focus, supporting local events. The only minor thing I wish they had was extended hours on Saturdays because it can be tough to make it during the week. Overall, fantastic experience and a breath of fresh air compared to my previous bank!

I’ve been a member of this credit union for over a year now, and I have to say, it's been a delightful experience. The loan application process was surprisingly easy, and the rates were more competitive than what I found elsewhere. I appreciate how they treat their members like family. I even received a personal follow-up call after I got my auto loan, which was a nice touch! One downside is that they don’t offer 24/7 customer support, so if something goes wrong outside of regular hours, you might be waiting a while for assistance. However, the positive experiences I've had far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local institution that genuinely cares!

As someone who values personal finance, I was thrilled to find this credit union. The financial education workshops they hold are top-notch! I attended a session on budgeting that completely changed my perspective on saving. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. Not only do they provide excellent resources, but their customer service is equally impressive. I had a small hiccup with my account that required some troubleshooting, and they handled it quickly and with a smile. One area for improvement could be their online banking interface, which feels a bit outdated compared to some competitors. Nonetheless, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend checking them out for anyone looking for a supportive financial institution!
