The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a nice selection of magazines (which I really appreciated!). Dr. Smith was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything he was doing during my cleaning. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in my appointment time, but the friendly staff made it easy to overlook. As someone who has always been anxious about dental visits, I have to say that my experience was surprising in the best way possible. The staff was incredibly understanding and supportive, which helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Lee was patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. I was particularly impressed with their state-of-the-art equipment; it made the whole process much quicker and less uncomfortable than I expected. Additionally, the atmosphere of the office was bright and cheerful, making it a pleasant environment to be in. I appreciated the follow-up call a few days after my appointment to check on my recovery from a minor procedure; it showed they genuinely care about their patients. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to provide a more extensive range of payment options for services, as I know that cost can be a barrier for some. Overall, I can’t recommend them enough! A fantastic choice for anyone needing dental care!

I took my kids to this office last month, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff was super accommodating, especially with my youngest who was a bit scared at first. They have a dedicated kids' area with toys and books, which made the wait much easier for them. Dr. Jones was amazing with the kids, explaining what he was doing in a fun and engaging way that made them feel more comfortable. Both of my children left with big smiles and no fear of the dentist, which is a huge win for us! My only suggestion would be to have some more kid-friendly choices for prizes at the end of the visits. Other than that, I highly recommend this dental practice for families!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and consistently, my experiences have been positive. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Kim is fantastic at what he does. I had a couple of fillings done recently, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I also really appreciate the detailed explanations they provide regarding treatment options; it makes me feel more involved in my dental health journey. The only downside is that they’re closed on weekends, which can make scheduling a bit tricky for those of us who work standard hours. However, the quality of care I receive definitely makes up for it. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dentist, this is the place!
