I recently visited for a hearing evaluation, and I was really impressed with the level of care I received. The audiologist was thorough and informative, which made the experience much less daunting than I anticipated. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The only area I think could improve is the waiting time; I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, the quality of service was so good that I’m happy to overlook it. I’m looking forward to my follow-up appointment!
