I had a fantastic experience when I visited this bank to set up my checking account! The staff was professional yet so personable, which made the whole experience enjoyable. They walked me through everything, making sure I knew all my options. I especially appreciated the transparency regarding fees and interest rates. I’ve been banking here for a little over six months now, and I’m really pleased with my decision. The staff is always upbeat and eager to help, making my visits more pleasant than I anticipated. I recently needed assistance with a loan application, and their loan officer was not only knowledgeable but made the process feel much less daunting. I’ve always been hesitant about switching banks, but I’m so glad I did! The customer service here is top-notch, and the staff genuinely seems to care. I love the extended hours, especially on Thursdays and Fridays, which makes it convenient for my schedule. However, I wish they had more ATMs around town for easier access. Other than that, everything has been great! I’ve enjoyed my experiences so far and definitely plan to stay with them long-term.
