I’ve been banking here for over a year, and I have to say, I’ve had a great experience overall. The employees are consistently friendly and attentive, which makes every visit pleasant. I appreciate how they take the time to get to know their customers and remember names, making me feel valued. Recently, I needed assistance with an issue regarding my account, and the problem was resolved swiftly. They truly care about customer service! However, one minor area for improvement would be the wait time during busier hours. I’ve experienced longer waits on Friday afternoons when it’s packed. A little more staffing during peak hours could help alleviate that. But even with that, the service quality outweighs the inconvenience for me. I definitely feel secure and supported with my banking needs here!

I'm really impressed with how this bank operates! I went in last week to discuss some loan options, and the loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.
