As a small business owner, finding a bank that understands my needs has been challenging. But since I started working with this institution, I've felt completely supported. The loan officer took the time to understand my business model and helped me secure a great small business loan that allowed me to expand. I also love their mobile banking app; it’s user-friendly and allows me to deposit checks on the go. The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes the customer service lines can be busy during peak hours, but the staff is always friendly and efficient when I do get through. Overall, I’m very pleased with my decision to bank here and would definitely recommend it to other entrepreneurs!

I had a quick visit to open a new savings account and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the process pretty smooth. This bank has been a blessing for my family and me. I appreciate the variety of account options they offer, which has really helped us manage our finances better. The tellers are always upbeat and provide excellent service. I also love the convenience of their ATM locations; I can easily find one close to home. One area for improvement would be to offer more financial education workshops. I think many customers would benefit from that! However, I truly value the positive environment and the commitment to customer satisfaction that this bank demonstrates every day. Highly recommend!
