Visiting this dental office for the first time was a breath of fresh air! The reception team was inviting, and I felt welcomed right away. Dr. Brown was extremely thorough during my examination. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and discussed some treatment options without pushing me into anything. I truly appreciated that. The office ambiance was pleasant—clean and bright, which is so important when you’re feeling anxious about dental work. However, I noticed that I had to wait about 20 minutes past my scheduled time, which was a bit frustrating. I understand that things happen, but it would have been nice to be updated on the delay. Even with that small hiccup, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental practice.
