I had an incredible experience at this eye center! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The waiting area was clean and had a calming atmosphere, which was a pleasant surprise for a medical office. I was a bit nervous as it was my first eye exam in years, but Dr. Miedel was simply fantastic. He took the time to explain each step of the process in detail, easing my worries. I especially appreciated how thorough he was with my eye health history, addressing all of my questions and concerns without rushing. The facility is equipped with modern technology, making the examination quick and efficient. I left feeling informed and confident about my eye care. The only minor feedback I would give is to have some more reading materials in the waiting area, as it could help pass the time while waiting for appointments. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of eye care!

I had my first visit here last week, and I left very satisfied! The staff was friendly and professional, which made a big difference in my experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Perkins, who was incredibly thorough during my examination. He answered all of my questions with patience and humor, which really put me at ease. I also noticed the commitment to health and safety, which is so important these days. The only constructive feedback I have is that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but I understand that thorough examinations can take time. Overall, I’m glad I found this place for my eye care needs and will definitely be returning!

I visited this eye center after hearing great things from friends, and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and the staff was very accommodating. My appointment with Dr. Miedel was pleasant; he was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He offered me various options for my vision correction and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. The only thing I wish is that they had a bit more flexibility in appointment times, as I had to take a half-day off work to make mine. Overall, it’s a great place for eye care, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good ophthalmologist.

I can't say enough good things about my visit! From scheduling my appointment to the actual exam, everything went smoothly. The staff was super friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. I had a chance to work with Dr. Perkins, who was so attentive and genuinely concerned about my vision. He took the time to explain the results of my tests clearly and gave me great advice on how to improve my eye health. I also appreciated the safety measures in place, especially with the masks and cleanliness protocols. It really gave me peace of mind during my visit. One small suggestion I have would be to improve the parking situation, as it can get a little crowded at peak times. Other than that, I felt completely taken care of and left the office feeling optimistic about my eye health!
