The online banking is super user-friendly, making it easy to track my spending and transfer funds. One small area for improvement would be their wait times during peak hours; I've noticed a bit of a line on Mondays. I recently switched to this credit union after hearing great things from friends, and I'm really pleased with my decision! The customer service is top-notch, and every employee I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable and helpful. Opening my account was a breeze, and they even offered a bonus for doing so! The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. One downside I’ve experienced is the limited Saturday hours; sometimes I wish they stayed open a bit longer. However, for the quality of service and the competitive rates, I’m more than happy to make adjustments. What I love most about this place is the personal touch they offer. Every time I visit, I feel valued as a customer. The staff knows me by name and remembers my preferences. I have been banking here for quite a while now, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed! The loan process was seamless, and the interest rates are quite competitive. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my loan was approved—much faster than I expected. The team was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about my financial goals. The only suggestion I have would be to enhance their mobile app; it would be nice to have a few more features like mobile check deposit. Overall, fantastic experience!
