I've visited this wellness center several times now, and each experience has been nothing short of excellent! I started going for cryotherapy to help with recovery after my workouts, and I can definitely say it has made a noticeable difference. The facility is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, giving off a very relaxing vibe. The staff is friendly and attentive, always making sure I feel comfortable. I also tried the infrared sauna while I was there last time, and wow, it was so soothing! My only suggestion would be to have a few more options for post-treatment recovery drinks or snacks. I usually leave feeling energized and a little hungry, so it would be nice to have something quick available. Overall, I love this place and will keep coming back!
