I had a solid experience at this bank when I needed a loan for my car. The loan officer was knowledgeable and walked me through everything step-by-step. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received during my visit! The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with my questions about opening a new account. They took the time to explain all the different account types and even recommended some great savings strategies. The atmosphere inside was welcoming, and I felt comfortable during my entire visit. What I really appreciated was their emphasis on community involvement—there were flyers promoting local events, which shows they really care about the neighborhood! My only suggestion would be to consider extending their hours on Fridays; it gets busy just before closing, and it would be great to have a bit more time to wrap things up. Nevertheless, I walked away feeling great about my decision to bank here, and I look forward to a long relationship with them.
